We are delighted to announce a new class we plan to run from April 10th 2018 from 6.30pm til 8.30pm for six weeks with professional acting coach Joe Devlin. You can see all details on the poster attached. This class is for all ages (over 16) and for all levels of experience.
What will the class involve?
-Have fun and learn to act
-Help build better confidence
-Learn better public speaking
-Perform scene studies, and;
-Make theatre visits

Filming Scenes for Showreel
We are delighted to introduce a showreel service for actors. This includes a full, three minute showreel of originally acted material of your choice. This material will be directed by professional acting coach Joe Devlin and a cinematographer in front of a lit, green screen environment or real-world environment if you wish.
Fee for this service is 300 euros and will include a video edit of the showreel.

Acting to Camera Course 21st April
We are delighted to announce a brand new course that is starting in Ranelagh Arts. This course is aimed at actors who need a better understanding of film and television environments.
What will you learn in this course?
You will be filmed by a cinematographer and emphasis will be given to film continuity and acting for film. Professional equipment will be used such as film lights, audio gear and a film camera (along with other equipment). Footage will also be edited and can be used by actors as part of a showreel.

Shakespeare Summer Bootcamp July 16th 2018
We are proud to announce an exciting initiative for summer 2018. Renowned theatre director Joe Devlin will be running a Stanislavski acting school as part of Ranelagh Arts beginning July 16th 2018.
What will this course involve?
This course will run 9.30am til 5.30pm five days a week for five weeks in preparation for a production of Shakespeare's 'The Comedy of Errors' on week 6.
This promises to be a very exciting and rewarding course.

June 2018: At The Improv Acting Class
New drama course: 'At The Improv' coming to Ranelagh Arts. Join us every week for a fun hour-long no pressure acting class. The focus of the course will be on improvisation, improving confidence and having fun. 6 weeks from the start of June. 10euro per week! About the tutor: Conor is an award winning filmmaker and theatre director. He has taught in numerous school and acting colleges over the course of 5 years before setting up his own school: StageScreen Classes. Conor's award winning feature film 'LIFT' will be released world-wide in August on VOD and DVD. Conor has directed and produced a long string of hit shows in theatres all around Ireland such as the Irish premiere of The Great Gatsby in 2013 and the 2011 National Tour of 'Stones In His Pockets'.
